First test drive of the Futura Cobra

I took it out on the street for the first time, the day before Christmas.

At the end of the second video, you'll see a white house with a red '99 Cobra in the driveway, belonging to my neighbor Richard. The video stops just before I pulled into his driveway. It wasn't 15 seconds until he was out the door to look at the Futura.

I think thats awesome! My first v8 car was a Futura. Wish I still had it- Id be putting my Cobra power plant in it instead my Capri. What trans ya running in it?

A T-45 with a 3.08 rear end. This is a street car, not a racer, so it should give me pretty good gas mileage. With 93 octane gas nearing $4.00/gal., I'll sacrifice a little performance.

Like the SN-95 dash in your Capri. I used an '88 Mustang dash in mine.
