Hood clearance

I have a question for those who've done this.

I see the red cobra with the terminator swap, but anyone using a cobra motor with a '96-98 intake manifold and a stock fox hood? Will it fit?
The motor in mine seems about 2 inches to tall.
Just a little background, I have a granetelli K-member for the mod motor, and aftermarket poly motor mounts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With the right K-member yes you can..

I can tell you my Granatelli K-member is not the correct one if you want to hide a 4V under your stock hood.
I looked and I can see at least 3 inches of space between the oil pan and any obstructions. Time to get the welder out.
