SCIL Module

the march issue of car craft has an article on swapping a mark viii into a fox. the article said he had to install the SCIL (steering column, ignition, lighting) module to get it to run right even though he had a manual light switch and had the anti-theft features flashed out of the ecm. anyone have this problem with their build?

It's a 98 with a Cobra intake. It looks like half the builds on here with the exception that they think it could pass emissions in CA and I think he runs the dealer plate because it would never make it to a sniff test. It is a nice ride. As is often the case with Car Craft cars, it is only half built. Several of the guys on here would have been better examples.
