speed cal for a gear change

i have a t45 with mechanical speedo in my car i put in 3.73 and now my speedo is out of wack lol but i am not sure if i can just get a speed cal or get a new speedometer gear thing. which do i need 2 use???

For a T45 all you need is a speedo gear...

yes very thanks...because i was going to buy the speed cal but if its just y=the gear drive then thats easier and cheaper.
