Hydroboost to Power Steering system diagram

Does anyone have a diagram showing how to connect the back right threaded hole on the hydro boost to the next part on the car?

I did not get this line when I bought the hydro boost, so I also need to know if I should be looking for a line that comes off the power steering rack (I am still using my fox steering rack) and connects to this location on the rear, driver's side of the hydro boost.

I've also seen this link. I was able to look underneath a Terminator and figure it out. Thanks
