There are a couple of good write-ups on here with pictures, but it is very easy. You will have to shorten the bottom rear flange about 3/4" or so ( I didn't measure, I test fit and marked the last time) and slot the holes. It is probably some of the easiest fab work in the entire swap.
You'll get there 
After I marked my first one, I used a Ryobi sawsall to trim the ends, drilled where I wanted the ends of the slots to be and used the same sawsall to cut the slots.
