At the 2009 AutoRAI show in Amsterdam, the wraps came off the limited edition Ford Focus X Road, a bifuel Allroad-wannabe slated to go on sale this July in the Netherlands.
Based on the Focus Wagon Titanium, the X Road features a new body kit comprised of revised front and rear bumpers, with a matching black finish on the doors and side panels. The suspension remains unchanged, but a new set of 17-inch wheels are fitted at all four corners, coated in Moondust Silver metallic paint. Power is provided by a 125-hp, 1.8-liter that can run on either regular unleaded gas or bio-ethanol, and if buyers opt for the "Business Pack," a five-inch display, navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity and voice control are included. Pricing starts at €25,175 (a little over $33k) and production will be limited to 300 units. Hit the break for all the details.
