I'm ripping parts at the scrap yard, but here is a teaser of things to come:

Ok, here is a update. I got around to doing some more work on the car today, mostly electrical work.

Ok, some of you may ask how I mounted the cobra cluster. I took the old one apart and cut the entire back side off with a air cutting wheel leaving just the frame. Once I had it out, I had to shave the raised portion of plastic from the top center to allow some adjustment and a flush fit of the new cluster. Just lay the cobra cluster on top of the frame and it should sit level. I ended up epoxying it to the new frame, then wrapped it in ductape for extra security. It sits pretty center and even in the dash.

I have to mark and cut out a hole for the body harness to bolt up to the interior, run some more wiring, do a bunch of hookups. Also mess with the cooling system and valve covers, etc...

More parts are on the way for next weekend.

Quick update.

I have a CG Fabrication turbo hotside kit and ON3 76mm turbo mounted up now. Also dropped in some aeromotive rails, plumbed the fuel system into a rjs tank w/ 8an feed and return line. Bought a buncha stuff from Lee @ Lee Blankenship...

I used VHT black paint for the headers and turbo manifold piping. Its the exhaust heat rated stuff. For the block I used a can of Rustolium self etching primer, and then duplicolor "Cast coat Iron". Gives the illusion of a Iron block ;).

My engine bay was stripped of all rust, then sanded down and sprayed w/ Duplicolor Primer and bright silver (Paintshop premixed stuff you can buy at autozone.)
