been researching 4 valve swaps and finally decided to join. Building a 1980 Capri that is getting a 4.6L DOHC out of a Lincoln. Plan is to build the bottom end with forged internals and just have the b heads freshened up and use a cobra intake. will be running a single turbo or twin turbo's (undecided). Been building mustangs since 93 so not new to the Mustangs just new to the modular motors. Any input would be appreciated

Welcome to the party. That's a sweet looking RS. What a great place to start. There is a ton of technical information on here, so dig in and make yourself at home. The FAQs have a lot of stuff you'll need, and we can probably help with the rest. What part of the world are you in?
