If you have a donor car take everything you could possibly need, want, or even think you will need. Motor, k-member, exhaust, wiring harness, basically everything lol.
The donor car really is the easiest way to accomplish the swap. The wiring harness from the donor car will lay into your fox in almost exactly the same place the old one came out. Budget will drive your Kmember answer. The bottom line is...get started. It is a rewarding effort

I would get either a donor car or there are places on ebay that sell swap setups with the motor and all you need like BL salvage and I think MPS does that.
There is a really nice 01 GT on Craig's list in El Paso for $1100. It was rearended :-(
