Got my 1st project car

now that i have bought my project car & started the tear down. i need to know exactly what to get from the mark 8 (the ecu is gone already). can i just cut the wiring harness off to save time? should i keep the sensors? and can i use the hydro boost off of the mark8?

im gonna convert the outside to a "STOCK APPEARING" 93 cobra. but up under that stock hood, is gonna be a either a twin turbo charged or 2.8 kb supercharged 4.6 BEAST!!!
i got a majority of the parts together. i need a couple of small things and a tranny & then i will start my tear down.
