Is it possible to use a 87-93 Tubular K-member

I have a line on a cheap aftermarket K-member for a 1993 GT. Would the Mod motor mounts fit upto this K-member vs one designed for 4.6?

none. If its designed for a 5L, its will only work for a 5L unless you cut off and weld new mount brackets in.
