Hi all was browsing the net looking for info on some Mods swaps and came across you guys. looks like a lot of good info so I thought I would join in and see if I could lean anything and share some of my experiances. I am not new to mustangs, fords, or mods. Just never did a fox mod swap yet. LOL I am currently looking for a good project car for a 96 cobra swap. I have a complete 96 Cobra with no title long story but want to utilize as much from this car into another as I can so I think a Fox would be the best choise other than another boring SN95. So any information on what will swap and what I will need to buy or fab would be great. links to the informative posts also would be very helpful. I don't have a lot of time to be searching.

I have a strong line on an 93 lx vert super clean car but doesnt run rite its a 4cyl auto perfect for a swap also looking at a capri that hit a deer and might need a core support. Was also thinkin of a crown vic again but i have 3 other dohc on stands in the garage so cobra is not needed for that swap

As you'll see on this forum you can pretty much use the entire 96 everything in a fox some things will need a little modding to do so... some will bolt rite in/on.....and since you have a complete car itll make the whole thing a ton easier.......and. welcome to the site I think you'll like it here

Welcome to the party. You're in the right place. As Dewayne said, virtually everything will swap over including the interior. There are some minor issues going from coupe to convertible, but nothing you can't handle. My current project is a 99 Cobra coupe to 86 vert. There are several similar projects happening with the members, so dig in and get some picks up. Michigan is a tough place to find a rust free Fox. Good luck with the search. They are everywhere down here in El Paso.
