It is nice to have a long weekend, and it is great to be back in build mode. It has been too long. Some of you know that one of my projects got put into storage years ago. There was some significant carnage from the storage environment, but we were able to determine today that the engine is still in good shape after 18 years of not being turned. The donor car is a 99 Cobra with a bent frame. Given that it sat outside so long, Sam and i are very pleased with what we have to work with. And, I get to spend time turning wrenches with my son, which is more fun that any of the other builds I did.
