What year master cylinder to go with

Depends what brakes you have....if you have cobra or aftermarket brakes...you'll have 2 use a 46cobra master...

You can have gt brakes or fox brakes with a 46cobra or a 4.6gt and it should be fine..

All the 4.6 mustang hydoboost are the same- no difference. Only actual difference is for 03-04 Cobras- and its a low pressure line going from the PS pump back to the hydoboost that has to work its way around the oil cooler adapter and the alt. since it mounted on the front driver side vs in the middle valley area.
