Almost complete

My buddy and I have been doing a 2V swap to his 93 coupe 2.3/auto and finally got it fired up saturday! Engine is fully built MMR, return fuel system, sumed tank, tons of goodies. Everything was pretty straight forward. Only thing major we had to fab was the trans mount/cross member but that wasnt a huge deal. We used the full harness from The Detail Zone and it made this swap a walk in the park. ONLY mods to any wiring in the entire car was obviously the kit from detail zone requires gnd, 12V source and 12V ign source...HINT.....you MUST have this circuit hooked to ign source that is hot while in the crank position, otherwise no crank signal, no fire...we learned this the hard way...and we got rid of the stock starter solenoid and spliced the trigger wire down to the new starter with the starter solenoid made on to it. Oh and loop the park/neutral connector. That was the ONLY mods to factory wiring we had to do. Car fired right off on the first attempt and ran great, the VT stg III blower cams are VERY VERY aggressive and sound amazing at idle. Anyway, this is prob. all stuff that all of your are familar with, just wanted to share a little bit of our project.

Yeah with this harness, if you can install an aftermarket radio in a car, you can wire an entire modular swap in just a couple hours. Its that simple. Its a little pricey but IMO worth every single penny.
