Yes it will make roughly the same/ maybe a little bit more power. The C heads are an improved design over the B's and have a better lower to mid range flow and power. However the B heads really shine once you start going up the RPM's and they flow great. Im not sure how much the 98 cams will be worth if you just install them straight up maybe 5-10 hp as Ive seen some claim. But if you install them and take the time to degree them and find the best place to position them you could pick up as much as 20 hp.
