been here for a lil while and finally posting pics of my fox. she ain't pretty but is in work(86 gt t-top with 90 front clip)

to let you know wats being done im doin the sn95 brake swap front and rear w/ a 98 mbc and booster .

sn95 dash and door pad swap .

ok thought i would post up my plans for this car .

saleen body kit with the grill deleted w/ a cobra symbol inserted
shaved handles
4.6 dohc engine mild boost (teski block w/ 03/04 heads w/ cobra interinals)
built 4r70w trans
sullivan performance intake
aje k member
3.73 rear gears
cobra brakes front and rear
smoothed engine bay w/ all wires hidden
hid conversion on stock clear head lights
carbon fiber cobra R (2000 style) hood
rear seat delete
metalic viper blue paint w/ black interior
coil overs in the front w/ tubular control arms
not sure on rims yet but that what i have planed so far

no have to make brakets and cut the foward end of it im goin to do a wright up when im done

I see you went with a built 4r70w trans what shifter are you using and what did you do to make it fit?

i have an sn95 dash so im using a stock shifter and just taking a heat gun to the shifter cover to re mold it to fit properly

What about the linkage?

havent gotten that far yet but should be able to use the stock linkage

Are you using the complete SN95 wiring for the whole car?

no im going to use a fox body harness and the detail zone engine harness

besides the custom mounts you had to make for the dash, was it pretty much straight forward to put in?

yeah just trim the rear of dash i didnt have to make any mounts cause mine is an 86 abd the tabs ended up being close enougd to use and i took the lower mounts out of the donor car
