got it at the smog ref shop at mira mar...it passed the test and done heres ur sticker ur legit now lol...but the smog ref issues the new vin

but make sure u go to the smog ref because has to verify that u transferred as much smog parts from the donor car to ur car...the ref at mira mar college is pretty fair and good...and for under 9.00 u cant beat it
