Well here in Ga it doesn't matter what yr the running gear is..... They base it off the VIN. I got it registered in a county that doesnt require emissions.
Sounds like a good option. Most states have areas like that. It would be nice to live in an area like that. Most states also have serious consequenses for someone registering a vehicle in an area outside of thier legal domicile.

And those are mod motor swap headers??? Guess they would be better than the factories......
Those are streetrod headers. If you have a full tube chassis, they might work, but will still require an additional 90 degree bend just below the exit collector. You would lose all the scavange architecture that makes quality headers produce more HP than cheap ones.

Folks do it around here all the time. It's just one county over as well......
 
The JBA 6635S is what is used on many 79-93 4.6L 4v swaps. We have lowered the price on these headers and they come with a merge collector just like Kooks and ARH. The stainless trade in the $500 range and coated are about $125 more and they are Ceramic Coated inside and out.

Here is a picture of the Stainless and Titanium Coated that fit for sure.
