you can use the stock steering shaft mine would not come apart or slide shall I say, so I redrilled the hole. But I have a new to install when I pull the motor for paint. I am not running A/C so I am unsure on it.

The hydroboost has to go in first and the motor will go in from the bottom. It might be possible to do with the motor in but highly unlikely.Did you install your hydroboost system before or after installing the mod motor? It seems like a tight space where the hydroboost is located with the engine installed.

When I did mine i has the engine in then I put in the hydroboost and it fit...but id u put the engine in from the bottom u can put it in...I put the engine in from the top so i had to put it in after

mine went through the bottom. motor, tranny, k-member all at once.
